Longer holds, depth and introspection as we take shapes that are close to the floor. We will breathe in stillness, becoming aware of the inner landscape of the mind and body, and diving in the tissues.
For expecting mothers and new mothers, that wish to connect to their body-mind and care for themselves in those special times in life. Prenatal yoga adapts to the needs of the pregnant body and aims to provide support and balance. Postnatally, we practice progressively and according to the needs of the new mother.
Private classes are an opportunity to dive deeper and work on specific needs and aspects of the yoga practice.
